I could very well be Tom’s biggest challenge in his career thus far. But I don’t even want to think about going through all this without him. He has been right beside me through it all. He’s honest and straightforward, and he will never make you wonder about where you stand or what will happen next. He’s understanding and humble to the fact that he has been in this WITH me while fighting for me. He put himself in my shoes for the past 8 months. He has had my back and wanted not only what I “wanted” as a result but also what was best for myself and family. (Because possible jail time blurs our perspective on things.) He stayed in constant contact with my therapist regarding my mental and emotional well-being while I was in rehab. I have never questioned how much he cared about me and always had my best interest at heart. When I initially contacted his office, he answered the phone and spoke with me appropriately 30-40 minutes, listening to me emotionally share what was going on with my brother. He offered me guidance and allowed me to contact him back for additional information all before he was hired to represent my brother.
